We’re improving the billing process for LC-phone products such as SMS, Calls, Usage categories, and other charge types by transitioning to our centralized billing service.
This update aims to provide a more unified and consistent billing experience. The new structure is already operational for a select number of agencies, with a complete rollout anticipated on or before May 26, 2025.
What’s Changing?
• All LC-phone charges will now be processed through our central billing system
• Charges will be more clearly grouped and labeled by product type
• Phone number billing is already aligned with this new structure
