Reactivate Your Account — Now with Plan Flexibility

What’s New: 


We’ve enhanced the reactivation process, making it easier for returning users to come back to the platform — on their own terms. 


How It Works: 


1. On the reactivation screen, click " Modify Subscription"


2. Select "Downgrade Plan"


3. Choose your preferred plan from the list 


4. Provide a reason for downgrading (optional but helpful) 


5. Confirm, and you're reactivated — instantly!

 Manage Cards + Request Financial Support Options 
We’re integrating these features into the same in-app flow to further simplify account reactivation. 


Handling Downgrade Exceptions 


If a user isn’t eligible for a downgrade (e.g., due to SaaS mode being enabled or having too many locations), we currently direct them to support. 


We’ll closely monitor ticket volume related to these cases post-release and plan for advanced downgrade logic if needed.
