Message Failed? Now You’ll Know Exactly Why

Modified on Tue, 3 Jun at 9:57 AM

Overview
We’ve enhanced the display of message delivery errors on the Conversations page. Instead of confusing or technical error codes (like 30005 or 21610), you’ll now see clear explanations along with helpful links when SMS or MMS messages fail to deliver.
What’s New?

• Plain-language error messages are now shown inline on failed messages
• Each message includes a "Learn More" link to a detailed support article
• Fully supported across desktop and mobile apps
• Helps you quickly understand and take action when a message can’t be delivered

What You Need to Do
Nothing! This update is already live and automatically applied across your application.
Why It Matters

• Provides instant clarity when messages fail — no more guessing what a code means
• Direct access to support resources makes it easier to resolve common issues
• Designed to save you time and offer more control, while support remains just a click away if needed
