Improved Handling for Deleted Third-Party Calendars

Modified on Fri, 6 Jun at 7:19 AM

What’s New?
Previously
, when a third-party calendar (like Google or Outlook) connected to your account was
deleted
directly from the provider’s end, users would see an error banner with
no direct way
to resolve it. This often required contacting support to clear the error and remove the invalid integration.
What’s Improved:
To
streamline
 the user
experience
and reduce support dependency, we’ve introduced a
"Fix This"
button directly on the error banner.
Here’s what happens now:
  • When detects that a connected third-party calendar has been deleted at the source, the error banner will still appear — but with a
    Fix This
     button.
  • Clicking it opens a modal listing:
  • All deleted calendar instances.
  • Where each of these calendars was previously connected.
  • A clear
    "Remove Deleted Calendars"
call-to-action lets users clean up these integrations in just one click.
Benefits:
  • No need to contact support for resolution.
  • Full visibility into where the calendar was connected.
  • Cleaner, error-free calendar management experience.
