Manage Visibility & Access

Control which apps/agent templates are visible to your accounts

  • This setting is available in the platform portal > App Marketplace > Manage App Permissions. (Screenshot below)
  • You can allow your accounts to browse only approved Marketplace agents by approving agents that you've reviewed and disapproving the rest. (Screenshot below)
  • Note: Platform owners and admins view all marketplace templates irrespective of the approval status. The approval status applies to account admins and users only.

Manage whether your accounts can view "Marketplace Templates" option in Conversation AI and Voice AI pages

  • By default, Conversation AI and Voice AI marketplaces are disabled for your accounts' access. This is to ensure that you have configured your offering by approving the necessary templates before your accounts can view the templates.
  • You can enable the Conversation AI and Voice AI for your accounts by toggling them on (refer to the third screenshot below).
  • You can also restrict them to installed agents only so that you own discovery and installation of templates, and they can use the templates whenever necessary.

Publish Your AI Agent (Platform Owners & Admins only)

1. Generate a Marketplace Link

  • On the platform, in the Conversation AI or Voice AI page, select the agent and click Sell this Template/Agent on Marketplace (This option is visible only to platform owners and admins. Account admins and users cannot view this option)
  • You can also multi-select agents and build a template with a team of agents.
  • The template will not only include the prompts, but also the actions such as triggering a workflow, creating an appointment, along with the underlying assets — workflows, calendar, custom field/value, etc. So you're selling the whole package.
  • Please ensure that the assets you're packaging are not imported as part of an IP-protected snapshot. Restricted/IP-protected assets cannot be included in the AI agents.
  • You’ll be redirected to the Developer Portal with a special link that carries your bot’s package.
  • If you wish to update your existing template listed on the marketplace, you can make the necessary changes in the Conversation AI or Voice AI page, click on Copy Link for Marketplace from the menu, and update the link in the Developer Portal (refer to #2 below)

2. Complete Your App Details

  • In the Developer Portal under Modules → ConversationAI or Voice AI, paste your link and click Submit to fetch.
  • Editable fields: Use-cases (e.g. lead qualification, appointment booking), Agent Description and available actions (workflows, appointments, SMS blasts, call transfers)
  • You can also configure the list of suggested questions that buyers can ask the agent while they are testing your agent on the Marketplace before purchasing your agent.
  • Review non-editable fields: supported channels (SMS, email, Instagram, calls)

3. Finalise & Submit

  • Fill out your app's Basic Info, App Profile, Pricing, and Support sections.
  • Submit your listing for review — once approved, it goes live in the Marketplace for all platform users and accounts.

Discover & Install AI Agents

1. Browse from Conversation AI or Voice AI

  • Click Create Bot (or Create Agent) in the Conversation AI or Voice AI page.
  • Select Marketplace Templates in the popup that opens.

2. Filter & Search (Coming soon)

  • Narrow results by Agent Type, Use-case, Business Niche, Pricing, or Supported Actions.

3. View Details & Test

  • Click a card to open its detail page. Here you can see the bot description, the actions it contains, etc.
  • Try it out: a live chat widget (for Conversation AI) or test-call widget (for Voice AI - coming soon) appears by default so you can interact before installing.

4. Install in One Click

  • Hit Install.
  • If it's a paid agent, you will be asked to make the payment.
  • All packaged assets (workflows, calendars, custom fields/values) will deploy automatically in your account.
  • If any existing assets conflict, the Marketplace version will overwrite to ensure you have the latest setup.

Reuse Your Installed Agents

  • Click Create Bot (or Create Agent) in the Conversation AI or Voice AI page.
Switch to the Installed Templates/Agents tab to view bots you’ve already added.
  • Click on a template you've previously purchased to spin up a new agent with the Marketplace template.

After Installation

  • If you installed via Create Bot/Agent, you’ll be taken directly into the AI builder with all template details prefilled.
  • Customize messages, workflows, field mappings, and launch your bot live in minutes.
