The Marketplace team is excited to announce a new capability on Marketplace - Account control on daily usage limits for apps with usage-based pricing
What's new?
- Account owners and admins can define daily usage limits for apps that have a usage-based pricing
- We have revamped the user experience to create a setting page that's visible to account owners and admins only, and consolidates all account controls for the App Marketplace.
Why is this important?
- The primary objective here is to improve account trust. This capability ensures that the account admins have control over the cost incurred by Marketplace services, especially when the services are external and the charges are raised via APIs.
- The new Settings page also simplifies the account admins' experience of managing the Marketplace offerings to their clients.

Account owners/admins can locate the new
'Settings' option
in the top-right corner of the Marketplace.
