The AI Assistant in Workflows now reports on WhatsApp performance alongside Email and SMS. You can ask about any WhatsApp step in plain language and get delivery and read metrics calculated from live data.

What's New
Delivery and read analytics for WhatsApp steps
The Assistant returns total sends, delivered, failed, and pending counts for any WhatsApp step, along with calculated delivery and failure rates. Read counts among delivered messages and the corresponding read rate are included.
Automatic period-over-period comparison
Specify any time window, such as "last 2 weeks," and the Assistant compares it against the immediately preceding period, showing volume movement and whether delivery is trending up or down.
Insight-led responses
Each answer leads with the headline figures, then identifies what changed, with plain-language observations on volume, delivery versus failure, and read behaviour.
How to Use
  1. Open the AI Assistant in any workflow.
  2. Ask for the metrics you need, for example: "fetch the WhatsApp delivery stats for this workflow for the last 2 weeks."
No configuration is required.
Why This Matters
WhatsApp is among the most used actions in Workflows, and its performance data previously sat outside the Assistant's coverage. With this release, Email, SMS, and WhatsApp all resolve through the same conversational interface, so workflow performance can be assessed in one place rather than across separate dashboards and execution logs.
