We’ve completely rebuilt our WhatsApp action from the ground up. WhatsApp V2 replaces the legacy step with a smarter engine, enabling you to build rich, branch-aware chatbots in minutes. 
• Smart Branching – Workflow branches are automatically created from button responses, eliminating the need for manual IF logic. 
• Media Versatility – Easily swap or update URLs for images, PDFs, or videos at send-time without modifying the template. 
• Flexible Messaging – Send free-form text, standard templates, or flow-enabled templates all from the same action. 
• Branch Toggle – Prefer the simpler V1 style? You can disable branching with a simple toggle. 
• Timeout Handling – Set fallback actions if the customer doesn’t respond within a timeframe you specify. 
• Wait-for-Reply Gate – Pause the workflow until a reply is received (this only triggers if the message was delivered). 
• Built-in Deliverability Checks – The action automatically routes undelivered or failed sends; no additional conditions are necessary.

Getting Started
1. Add a WhatsApp Action to your Workflow canvas.
2. Select a template (or free-form / flow template) and insert dynamic media URLs as needed.
3. Choose whether to keep auto-branches or disable them.
4. Set up wait-for-reply or timeout rules.
5. Publish and monitor your logs to view branches for delivered, undelivered, timeout, and completed paths.
